2 x 1 x 355 These felt pretty good. Moved my groove back up mid sternum for raw and that seemed to get back some speed off the bottom I hadn't felt in a while.

Worked up to 3 x 390 @ top full ROM and 1 x 445 top + 3 boards
(lost my notes from the session and forgot the exact increments that we loaded.

Not a great session. So many variables to deal with in the open back DD. I can rock the boards: 535# 2 board and a 545# 3 board. But, getting the shirt adjusted to touch is another matter all together. Have to figure out how to get the weight down through the "bubble". Perhaps as I drop a bit more weight. It was sized when I was about 12-15# lighter. Perhaps I need to bite the bullet and get into a Metal King Presser. Doesn't fit the budget at this time but who know for the future? Any way, all things considered I probably will lift RAW in the April Rippped meet.

Part of the problem Sat was the week that I had. Trying to find a different truck (the Ranger finally bought the farm, kicked the bucket, went 6 feet under, pushing up daisies, assumed room temperature... By the Grace of God I got a decent '97 S10. It needed a mirror, antenna and a couple of other minor things but so far so good. Work has also been tough. Lots of reasons for that. Things really need to improve one way or another or one way or another I won't be there for long. God knows and is in control IS 41:10,11

Read something about higher reps increasing the time under tension and thereby changing metabolisme etc and in some folks it has resulted in increased hypertrophy and fat loss. Time will tell f this works.
