Not happy with the misses on the 345. Just not enough gas in the tank.

Feeling pretty healthy. That's a good thing.

Mixed emotions about the new gig starting on Thursday.

hey Stump I thought you did pretty good saturday considering all you have had on your plate lately. I know that when you get back into a daily routine you will be blowing that weight up. see you Sat.

Thanks Brett. I checked and the 335 I got clean was 10# shy of my PR w the pins @ that level and got close with the 345 2 x. So I guess i should be ok like you said considering...

Still my head remembers and I don't like missing. I hope I have a bit more grace when I hit the real plateau and it's about maintaining instead of gaining. I am, with God's permission, still a few years off from that.

When that happens look out. It'll be coach Stump full time.

Nothing like a bunch of pushdowns.

What's the new job?

When you do millitary presses, do you go all the way down to the chest, a few inches above, to the chin, or what have you?

I do Military off of pins just under my chin. The actual reps end up between my nose and chin which puts my elbow at about the same angle as when I bench. I don't want to stress the anterior delt by going lower.

Very nice job on the 242 ya skinny bastard.

Well, its a cool sounding title anyway. Nice to see you back in industrial coatings.

See, I take mine almost all the way to my chest. They are very hard this way.

Thanks, but it is taking its toll on my strength. I think I can get down to 230, still a little chub setting on the man handles, but not as much as two months ago. Musculature is still nice and big, so needless to say, i look stunning.
