2 x m x 355 The 2nd one was close. Spuddie bumped it a couple of times still not good. The 335 flew up and the 355 felt like there was a piano on my chest.

Ticked off and beat up. Called it here. I had forgotten my training shoes and had to go in crocs but that's not a good reason for theis crap.
Glad my rent doesn't depend on my lifting...

Good to see you back, been thinking about you. How goes the job?
The new job is a learning thing. Lots of stuff I already knew but now it's getting used to how this company does things and updates in the industry since I was actively involved a couple of years ago.
Lots of hours right now but that should subside a bit as I get up to speed and can act more independantly.
Really weird on the lifting. I am at a bit of a loss. Going to go really consravtive, raw, in a couple of weeks then get serious about cutting weight. Did it before and I can do it again. Would like to drop 30-35#. Knees and feet would feel lots better for sure.
How are you doing?
Doing well. Down to 235, bt the strength is suffering. Just doing tens right now until I can hitmy goal weight and start lifting for strength again. Want to get down to 225 and compete at 220, but we shall see.
