Funny stuff. Now, start adding the weight of your upper body when you deadlift and your arms when you bench and your journey to the darkside will be complete.
I don't really DL for significant weight any more so that's a moot point.
My arm scale is on back order...
Significant, insignificant, WhoGaS... got to account for every lb you can at your advanced age.
