Bi’s

Brian came by and I spotted him squatting. Good session. I am starting to get used to the higher rep count in the accessory work. Knees feel decent today. Thank God for ibuprofen.

Might have a temp job kick in the begining of the week. Good deal. Pursuing some distribution leads as well; some of those might be good.

Gotta go find something.

An exercise made up by Matt Kroczaleski. Basically bent DB rows. 1 warm up set kinda light for 10 reps ea side. Then 2 sets per side with more weight to failure.

I start with 75# for my start set then go to 95# for the last 2. I should go higher but I have short subby fingers and I'm working up. Last time I did 20 reps or so on those 2 sets.
