Went to Flat Iron park and found a path on a steep hill that will work 40+ yards

Not fast but got the heart going. Will get exact distance in the next day or so. Want to work up to 10 x run with a min - moderate rest between. A little sore this morning with some very minor fasciatous (?) on left sole.
