These felt good and felt more explosive than in the recent past. Things seem to be getting back on the right track.

Bwt Tues AM 251, Weds Am 252, Thurs 251.

I think I can do the weight control without a lot of dedicated cardio time. I am paying closer attention to what goes in my mouth these days. Skipping cardio is making training a lot more enjoyable again. Good stuff. Looking forward to Saturday. Will be nice to see what happens.

Got word that Ward may leave Iraq on 8/30 but he'll have maybe 2 weeks + in Kuwait before he gets Stateside. Lisa is waaay not happy.

Danielle is still enjoying her job. Haven't heard much from DJ so I assume all is ok.

Need to go download some stuff to my new flash drive. Cool beans.
