Bwt Fri AM 249, Sat Am 249, Sun AM 249. Getting consistant here. Jim Wendler had a post i will copy here Monday that talked about most weight loss not being a mystery. You need to eayt less and move around more. Simple stuff. Pay attention to eating habits and activity levels. Seems to work.

God is good. life seems to have a decent rhythm right now. it won't last I'm certain but i do enjoy it while it is here.

We are enjoying our church, Gateway Community. We aren't as involved as we will be but there is a comfort level there that is very nice. Good people ad good teaching. People are living their faith for sure.

Hot today. 102 or around there. Gonna be warm tomorrow when it's time for draggin and flippin again. Good times.
