Tuesday & Wednesday in FL

Was observing a track install in Gulf Breeze this past week. Not a bad little fitness room in the Hilton Garden Inn.

Tuesday:
Messed around on the seated chest press. Worked up throught the stack to do 2-3 sets of 8 with the stack.
Pull downs same thing
Push downs same thing

60 minutes recumbant bike.


Wednesday
30 min (15 forward, 15 backword) eliptical
30 min bike

Not bad. Was able to eat healthy and managed to drop a little while I was down there. 274# this AM. Got to talk with Ward today and that is always good.
