The thing is, it is simply not true. Here's a test: sit on the leg press but do not put your feet up on the sled, lean your head forward under the sled, release that bad boy! If you get the shit knocked out of you, I am right; if nothing happens, I defer to you.

Anyway, out of respect for your advanced age, I tare the weight of the sled and just assume I am lifting the plates.

Better be doing full reps on those Guh, Leg Presses, too, man. Better be!

Wow. I guess ALL the love is about gone. wow. Just a bitter, bitter frog stuck w/ hand me down SEC equipment. My advanced years of civility and lack of blood pressure meds has me holding back on a truly appropriate response there Snootch.
