I could barely get my feet flat on this. I was able to complete the movement without cramping so I guess my flexibility is getting better

Done. I think I like having my back day be seperate. If there is time on Tues it's ok to get back and bi's out of the way but doing an additional day helps focus. Either way is an alright option.
