Tuesday Bench Support

I didn't workout Monday at all. Had a date Night with Lisa. We went to Iggy's in Sandy off of 13th. We ate there and then went to the theaters that are right there to watch Wild Hogs. Fun movie. It wasn't Gone With the Wind but I was entertained and laughed the whole time. Good stuff.

These all felt decent. Ran out of gas on the last rep on the last 2 sets. I'll get this in 2 weeks. Just trying to maintain strength during the weight loss.

Weight Wednesday AM was 269#

Kinda nice to get into the 260's. My scale has no idea what is going on. The read out this low is kinda dusty. I haven't been here in maybe 3.5-4 years? I can't wait to see how good I feel as I drop more. Next big goal is 242. That's the next lowest class. 27#. I've dropped 26 so far so I am half way. God is good.
