Shoulders and Tris

Was at the Edge last night and it was still an icebox. Remembered to bring a long sleeve T shirt to go with the short sleeve. That combo was a lot more comfortable.

1 x 5 x bar + 50# hanging = 95#
4 x 10 x bar + 100# hanging = 145#

Flat CG bench
1 x 8 x 135
1 x 8 x 225
2 x 8 x 235

Flat bar pushdowns
3 x 8 x ??
