m x 370 Too loose. Didn't have focus at all. Wouldn't have been easy but should have had it. Too high on the chest and too loose on the left side. Mental mistake.
Did some light seated rows and 1 arm push downs.
Not sure how much of the 5/3/1 Iwant to keep doing. Might swap out on some of the acc stuff.
